Accessory Returns

For all accessory product return inquiries applicable only to items originally purchased through www.hi-pointfirearms.net, please follow the guidelines detailed below:

  • The product was purchased within 30 days. No monetary refunds after 30 days.
  • Determine if the product is a returnable product to us. Please check your product for warranty information.
  • Ensure the product is still in the original packaging and is not damaged. Damaged packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee, products showing excess usage will be returned to the customer.
  • Please call 419-747-9444 option 1 (Monday-Thursday 8 am to 4 pm, Eastern Standard Time) or email us at customerservice@hi-pointfirearms.net before shipping any product back.  Note: this email address is only for matters related to the Hi-Point Firearms website. Emails on any other subject sent to this address will not be addressed.
  • Package the product using the original packaging and with a copy of your original invoice. Ship the product to  Strassell’s Machine Inc. Attn: Internet Sales, 1015 Springmill Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
  • Please allow 14 days for your package to be received and processed.
  • IF YOU HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, DO NOT REORDER THE CORRECT PRODUCT. Please call 419-747-9444 option 1 or email us at customerservice@hi-pointfirearms.net. We will work with you to get the correct product to you. If you place an additional order for the correct product (without contacting us to correct the order), you will be charged for the shipping and 15% for restocking the original order.
