Shipping questions
99% of our orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service.
You will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier the item will be shipped through.
Order return questions

Yes, as long as its within the first thirty (30) days since you placed your order.

Yes, however all non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. NO EXECPTIONS.
Yes, any defective items can be returned and will be replaced without a restocking fee.
We're sorry but ALL returns must contain a copy of the invoice.
Yes, all returns must also contain a detailed reason for the return.
